With a solid background in luxury travel, Alma Portuguesa Concierge was born from over a decade of experience in the Brazilian market, representing and promoting some of the most prestigious hotel brands and groups — such as Alvear Luxury Hotels, Llao Llao Resort Golf & Spa, and Los Cauquenes Resort Spa Experience in Argentina, as well as Pestana Hotel Group, Palácio Estoril Hotel Golf & Wellness, and Carmo’s Boutique Hotel in Portugal.
Since 2010, we have been a trusted reference in the Brazilian high-end travel market, working as B2B representatives and consultants for the luxury segment.
Maintaining the same standard of excellence in hospitality that has always defined us, we now represent some of the most remarkable boutique hotels across Portugal, promoting experiences that are authentic, elegant, and unforgettable.
Our mission is to bring American luxury travelers and MICE travel agencies, a curated collection of exceptional hotels and unique experiences throughout Portugal — with journeys that go far beyond the ordinary.
In 2023, we expanded our operations back to Portugal, becoming destination specialists and luxury concierges, providing personalized ground services to leading travel agencies and tour operators from Brazil, Argentina, México and USA.
That same year, responding to growing client demand, we launched our MICE division, specializing in small and mid-size groups and incentive events.
We bring together all services required to host a seamless event, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and excellence in every detail — a true hub of premium solutions.

Our Director
Portuguese by soul and by heart, Manuel Soares graduated in Hotel Management from the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Coimbra, his hometown.
Having lived in Brazil for 14 years, he became a well-known figure in the luxury travel industry, thanks to his work with some of the most iconic hotel groups and properties in the market.
After an international career that also took him to Argentina, Manuel decided to return to his roots and dedicate himself entirely to promoting Portugal’s boutique hospitality and lifestyle — a country he represents with passion and deep local knowledge.
Today, in addition to leading Alma Portuguesa Concierge, Manuel works as a destination consultant and luxury concierge, helping American top travel agencies craft unique and memorable experiences in Portugal.
